Who we are.

Right Time, Right Place is an advocacy, consultancy and recruitment organisation that supports people with disability, neurodivergence and chronic illness to find meaningful work.

We help employers become more inclusive, and we advocate for candidates every step of the way.

Our process is accessible, personalised and based on a fixed-fee model to ensure equity for both candidates and employers.

Why are we needed?

Despite continuing improvements and best intentions, there are still big gaps for people with disability in the workplace. People with disability are almost twice as likely to be unemployed, and many continue to face inaccessible hiring processes and other barriers that make it harder to get a job.

Specialist, advocacy-led consultancy and knowledgeable recruitment services are needed to bridge these gaps.

Why do you need us?

We get you. With lived experience of disability, the team at Right Time, Right Place understands the value that you can add to an organisation.

We want to see you learn and grow and have a meaningful career, whilst your employer and colleagues benefit from your experience, insights and loyalty.
